*It is a rarity to find full-size appliances in Eugene. It is also nearly impossible to find a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the unit...
The condo is a 2nd floor unit that is on the UO campus busline (#76). The bus stops right in front of the condo and drops you off in front of the Lillis building on the East side of Campus (13th/Kincaid). There is also a very smooth, wide bike path that runs directly behind the condo along the creek that goes directly to campus. A comfortable pace takes about 10-15 minutes.
The bike path also offers great access to some of Eugene's best hiking, mountain climbing (Skinner's Butte is especially easy to get to), and walking downtown.
Also, one of Eugene's community gardens is directly behind the condo. You can register with the city for free and have your own plot of land to grow your own fruits and vegetables.
